Ramada by Wyndham Provo

The hotel was very dirty and old, and the layout was very odd.  Their staff weren’t smiley and were away from the desk most hot of the time. Wouldn’t go back there again

This is a Great Hotel do you think you’re at a Sheraton or a Hilton when you walk in the grand entry and they treat you like family it’s no nonsense street forward to greeted you like family great place for family and kids. Plenty of kids swimming pool if you’d like you’re staying at a high-end resort but you’re not. I mean you feel like it it looks like it but you’re not paying for it price is awesome. You get more than what you pay for besides that breakfast every morning oh my gosh free I would definitely stay at the Sawtelle every time I iamb in Provo.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was great and very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a great start after a good night sleep. The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean.

You get what you pay for, so don’t expect a posh hotel or toiletries that match or a great breakfast. But my stay was fine. Check in and check out were easy, even with ******* as a third party. The highway noise didn’t bother me (as I feared it would): it was sort of a constant white noise. The beds were comfortable enough. We didn’t hear the neighbors except when the shower was running. The breakfast was just okay: we love waffles and were glad to see an iron with two kinds of batter. But stop it with 30 seconds left or it’s overcooked. No syrup one morning. No butter the other. No yogurt. Minimal fruit. But we weren’t at this hotel to gorge ourselves. If you’re wanting someplace really nice, go splurge elsewhere.

Poor repair jobs in the room. Our keycards didn’t work in the outside entrance they told us to use, so we had to walk around the building to the next entrance, the pool they have listed is outdoor and only available seasonally, though the online listing simply states they have a pool. Also, there was food on the floor and in a drawer in our room that had been left there by a previous occupant. Will likely never stay at a Ramada again.

This property is old and is in great need of repair. Beds are horribly uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for.
