The ambience and the food was very good. It was a delightful experience. The staff members Mr. Tahir, Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Danish were very nice and helpful. Food was amazing and appetizing. I strongly suggest people to visit the Orchards for a quality time.

An excellent hotel with co-operative staff. The rooms are well-maintained & food is also good ! The garden area is simply superb & we could see Tulips there. The room has all the desired amenities & hotel’s landscaping has been done beautifully. The staff is really nice !

We Booked two nights in this hotel this hotel is not even a 3 star staff were helpful other than that everything was a nightmare took us 1 hour to reach this place from narrow streets the location is far away from city centre food was average the taxi guy asked ***y people nobody know this place not even locals this property needs a renovation

Very nice views beautiful resort with aowsome warm staff and great service with delicious food. Spa and the therapist Mr Deepak needs special mention as he's just brilliant in skill and such good massage he gave with all his excellent work he's worth diamond for the resort Spa Facility, it's worth to experience when one stays at this resort, their value for money SPA SERVICES with Such brilliant skilled therapist Deepak is really very very praiseworthy. All the best to their entire team of resort , keep it up !!

We stayed at The Orchard Retreat & Spa in Srinagar for 1 night, and I wish we could have stayed longer. This is a beautifully decorated and peaceful place with excellent hospitality. I loved the Kesar tea during check-in. The suite and bathroom were large, clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The hotel grounds is stunning, with a great view of the mountains. I would have preferred more low-carb options for breakfast. This is the best place we stayed in while in India and is of outstanding comfort and standard.

Orchard Retreat and Spa is simply a dream stay and experience. As we checked in, we transformered to amazing landscape, Himalayan view and fresh air simply made our day ***** with extraordinary hospitality by staffs. I would like to specially mention the delicious food and service we experienced in Orchard restrurant. Hats off to Mr Akhtar, Mr Javed, Mr Rahil and Executive Chef Rayes who simply made our gastronomy experience simply extraordinary. Their service, enthusiasm and attention to detail was unmatchable. Thank you team, keep it up that great service.

Wonderful property with great hospitality by the staff, especially Lateef. They went out of the way to keep our kids happy and well taken care of. Wonderful views from the property and well spread out with lots of swings and open area to keep young children engaged. Spacious well maintained rooms

Second time at the resort after our last visit in November. The customer service continues to be excellent. In particular I was impressed with Khalid - front desk staff who took the trouble to help me with getting a prepaid SIM - driving me to a shop nearby, waited for almost 1hr as it is a complex process for foreigners, and back at the resort continued to help until activation was completed. Truly great experience and a big thanks to Khalid. Overall the resort continues to impress us with great service, food, great cottage rooms and a lovel ambiance at the resort.

Great location, silent area bit away from city, good service from staff and very cooperative , also have a good amenities and games, you can spend entire day hear Excellent food, Special thanks to Chef rayees, he help us with gujrati food with proper test.
