Stayed here for two nights. The hotel was all right, the mattresses were too soft for my liking. Great provision of hot water. The bed linens and towels were clean and changed daily. The wifi was strong. The breakfast was adequate - liquidy upma, large oily puris with bhaji, boiled eggs, tea, coffee, fresh fruit. My only complaint was they don't provide omelettes, it's for an extra charge. I don't know why they can't provide omelettes.

The place is truly value for money. The location is good. Dinner is very wholesome (good for vegetarians too). I went there in summer and it will definatly be good during winter. Will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting srinagar.

Pros: 1. The super deluxe rooms are big and have a balcony view. 2. The hotel staff was courteous. 3. The hotel is near to Nishad Mughal Garden. Cons: 1. The food was average buffet spread is very limited. Breakfast isn’t worth it. 2. For pure vegetarians: We had a weird incident, they initially informed us that the bread is having eggs and later when we complained, they said the bread is eggless. 3. The hotel location is far from dal lake and the market. 4. There isn’t a lift. 5. ***y rooms are very near to reception on the B wing and as they allow vehicles till reception, it was very noisy at times.

My little boy got so infected by their unhygienic beds. The place is horrible, we got black water in the toilets, the bed sheets were stinking and half the plumbing doesn’t work. Can’t forgive their carelessness which led to horrible skin infection my son had to endure. I don’t want to give them a single star.
