Book a barrier-free room for family members in wheelchairs to take a bath. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea are available daily. Within half an hour's drive from Niagara Falls, free parking is convenient.

Weekend stay with a hockey team, hotel was excellent. Clean, recently updated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Kids had fun in the pool, areas in the lobby for families to get together rather than clog up the hallways and disturb guests. Reception and security staff were exceptional

The hotel was great, Parking was nice, there was a wide variety for breakfast, The lobby was beautiful and spacious. The thing is the bed was too soft, same with the pillows my neck in the morning was giving me problems. the pool seemed as if it wasn't clean, my kids found a few hair balls in there. other then that pretty good hotel and would maybe come back again.

Super comfortable one night stay. We had everything we needed and staff were happy to provide anything else should we need it. Room was clean, renovated and as described in the booking.
We had a small issue and was happily resolved by the manager. We would definitely recommend for a short or long term stay. Thank you!

Don’t stay here during hockey season unless you’re with a team. Kids running up and down the halls, kids bouncing a basketball in the halls, knocking on doors all night long. The parents weee given the entire lobby and restaurant area to have a party that latest until well after 1am!! No sleep found here.

Staff were always pleasant and accommodating. The Continental breakfast was decent for what was expected. Room was spacious, quiet and very clean.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel has been newly renovated and our room was clean, spacious and ready early.
Having a wonderful stay with family.
Kudos to Karen at front desk- very personable and just a sweetheart.
