Enter Summerhaven through the winding wooded road and find yourself on a beautiful lake with wildlife all around. The home is located 15 feet from the waters edge and has 150 feet of level sandy shoreline. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch overlooking the lake where Loons and Eagles soar above. Bring your bike or rent one in town and enjoy a five mile ride around the lake or use the many bike paths or back roads that connect quaint towns for you to explore. Beautiful views and wildlife can be seen while you walk the roads or hike the many trails. You can also rent an ATV locally and experience the top quality trails that surround the area. You will experience great fishing on this lake. Kids can catch panfish right off the private pier and for the serious angler Lost Lake is one of the lakes in the Greater Wisconsin Musky Tournament. This years tournament date is October 7th. Another fishing tournament is the Fishing With The Stars on May 20th. Other activities are the Monday Flea Market in St. Germain beginning on May 29th, Cathy's Ice Cream, Monday Night Bingo starting June 5th, The Annual Walk in the Woods Art Fair on June 10th, the Up North Beer Fest on June 9th and 10th, Sip-N-Shop Wine Walk on June 17th, Farmers Markets, and 4th of July Fireworks. There are also many area craft shows throughout the summer as well. For those who enjoy cycling, The September Bike Ride is on Sept 9th. Colorama Fall Festival and the Fall Foliage Color Run are on Sept 16th. The ATV Fall Fest is on Sept 23rd and Cranberry Fest is on Oct 7th and 8th. In addition, the area offers outstanding restaurants, bars and breweries, gift shops and thrift stores. For a memorable experience drive your boat to Murmuring Waters on the southwest shore of Lost Lake for their daily specials. In the daytime enjoy the beautiful clear sandy shoreline which has a gentle slope perfect for kids to swim and play in. You can also rent a pontoon or jet ski and hang out on the water or simply enjoy Summerhaven's Relaxation Station. For an adventure, you can take a half-day rafting trip down the Wisconsin River. For kids, there's miniature golf, go-carts, climbing walls, and horse back riding nearby. On a rainy day Summerhaven has an assortment of traditional board games, puzzles and movies to enjoy. In the evenings enjoy a cozy fire in the fire pit, counting the stars, roasting marshmallows and enjoying your favorite beverage. Home amenities include a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, outside deck with weber grill, fire pit, private pier, enclosed heated porch, two full baths, four large bedrooms and a puzzle/game room.
