The bathroom has fan on as soon as approaching, which can be noisy at nights. The room has paints peeling off and need repain/retouching. Even after the door/window closed, you can still hear the noise from the streets.
The good thing is the free breakfast. Although the selections barely change in our 4 night stay, the quality is good. The staff are friendly and available 24 hours

The hotel was clean, food good. Fruit and cold meats should be covered.
Staff lovely and very helpful.
Location excellent for exploring on foot or bus.
I paid extra for a sea view, that isnt possible due to location. This should not be an option.
Good value for money with breakfast included.
