The place is great but under construction so too much noise yea they try to accommodate us but the noise never stop

Unfinished building with construction going on and noise starting at 7.00am. untrained incompetent staff. No coffee making facilities cups or even a glass to brush your teeth with. No iron, no ironing board, no blanket, no extra pillows. In room safe came with no instructions and the manager gave us the code of 1234 to use. Couldn’t change it. Floors were stained with plaster and grout. Paint and tilllework was pathetic.

We stayed at this hotel in early October to find that only the two top floors (6th and 7th) had been completed and that noisy construction work was still going on from 8am until after 5pm every day. The foyer was bare and rather unhospitable with nowhere to sit apart from the empty bar, with no air conditioning and a dusty tang to the place due to all the plaster board work going on. Staff were mostly friendly apart from a couple of rather indifferent ones. The shower flooded once and someone from housekeeping turned up immediately to mop up the water, although this could have been avoided with a better designed bathroom. The bedroom itself (king with a sea view, though we had to ask for separate sheets to make up two twins ourselves after arriving in the evening even though we had specifically asked for twins and had received an email confirming this). Room was cleaned every day. Pool was ok although it is difficult to know how it will accommodate all the guests once it will have been completed.
