This hotel has a great location in Paceville. It's close to the clubs, sea, bus stops, cheap food and nice pubs.
It begins to be cold in the rooms in November which have electric heater but they doesn't work.
There aren't a lot of things in hotel which are described on the hotel's page. The rooms doesn't have fridges, minibars, heating, sockets near the beds, electric kettle and cutlery. In hotel also isn't kitchen.
There are very long halls and sometimes is needed time to come or go out.
I booked my stay through the trip.com so it was quite cheap around 22-24€ for two persons but if you want to extend on the reception it costs 20€ per person.
Hotel's staff was nice!

Staff was willing to help, but did not fullfill their promises. The location is good, very close to the centre of Paceville. However, the gym and indoor pool are closed, which was not reported on their site, so it was a bummer that those were not available. We had counted on it.

Central location, wonderful and well-maintained outdoor pool, indoor pool and closed gym, inaccessible restaurant, you have to go outside for breakfast, which is also not that great ... considering the price, it's to be expected!

Pros:
1. Good location
2. Tasty English breakfast
3. Large room with side sea view
Minuses:
1. The first time it happened to me, I waited for a room for 2 hours at the reception, i.e. from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., because it was supposed to be cleaned all the time, from check-out from 11
2. For the whole week other rooms were cleaned, but not mine, I had to put the rubbish out the door, and the employees asked for towels
3. Poor organization of work, as if hotel employees are hired by chance
4. Out of 4 elevators, only 1 was in operation, and not always, so I had to descend and climb to the top floor several times a day

Home not very friendly, no effort to be understood.
The hotel is almost abandoned, nothing to do with the internet description, no restaurant, no gym, or indoor pool.
Positive point of the rooms only the comfortable beds. For the rest .. no equipment (fridge, dryer, hair, soap for a week). No cleaning done in a week, very cold room, stained sheets.
Hotel very noisy not only by the bars but especially by the room doors which we have to slam to close because there is no handle.
