I would describe the hotel as ideally situated to the city centre, just few minutes walking distance from the sea and cafes, restaurants and shops. In terms of the facilities, the hotel can be rated as excellent since they ensure high quality standards are maintained when it comes to service, accommodating the needs of guests and going out of their way to ensure the guest has a pleasant experience. Room was spacious, neat and clean and everything was included, i.e., bottle of water and shower gels and towels were all provided.

A lovely stay overall. Nice, modern hotel in a central location. Staff overall very friendly. A couple of minor snags, requested an extra bath towel to be told they had none left.. we had to wait till the following morning. For a 4 star hotel this is unacceptable. Also the breakfast staff are too keen in cleaning up your table.. we left our food at the table to get some juice and came back and they'd cleared our plates away. Admittedly they did apologise. Overall I'd still recommend this hotel.

I booked a room with a big window, however on arrival I was offered a room like this dark and complained to them but didn’t care at all. Was very unwelcoming staff mainly Mr Xavier (the front house supervisor). I am a business traveler and I experienced very worse and unwelcoming in a hotel for the first time. Definitely I wouldn’t book again and can’t recommend.

This is absolutely a family friendly hotel! Easy access to all locations via bus! We had a fabulous stay.

I have booked a wrong dates by mistake and they didn’t cancel it or change it

The hotel is clean, the staff are nice and helpful. The drive route to car park is a bit narrow and has to drive slowly and carefully. A draw back is the air conditioner cannot change from heat mode to cool as the room is a bit hot, we have to open the window. Luckily not much noise is heard during midnight. Overall we are quit satisfy with this hotel.
