Upon making the reservation, we asked for a walk in shower. When my husband checked in he asked again. He did not receive the room. My husband has had total hip replacement which makes it hard for him to get in and out of a tub, but he was forced to. He also had knee problems and will soon need knee replacecment. We asked thte guy at the desk to change payment information and he said it would be a charge to do so. Never heard of that before. Needless to say, my husband is a native Ville Platte resident. We had stayed ther many times before, but not again.
