Great location with great view. Very beautiful interior of the whole place from lobby to lounge to dining room. Breakfasts were very good. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

整個酒店離開小鎮步行10幾分鐘，所以非常幽靜，好像一個莊園古堡一樣，內部裝修非常典雅的歐式風格，古樸的傢俱搭配它那吱吱作響的木地板，彷彿回到中世紀，酒店外部環境非常美麗，有自己的小碼頭，有面朝湖景的餐廳，有spa，夏天應該是很多本地人度假的好去處，最重要的是酒店停車不收費！我們定了湖景房視野也很不錯，去的時候是淡季所以酒店沒多少客人，房間內部的傢俱有點年代感，而且房門也是很古老的那種鎖，還挺乾淨的，最喜歡窗邊的風景真的美呆了，清晨起床打開窗就是鳥叫聲，早餐自助餐也非常棒，有一個三層塔，也有自助區，還有菜單可以單獨點，我們單獨點了生牛肉塔塔和法式吐司，味道極好！吃完飯沿着馬路向小鎮走，被一路上風景治癒了，這裏真的太棒了😍

非常非常非常推薦的湖區度假酒店，在這裏可以足不出户，酒店內的餐廳極佳，娛樂有迷你船艇開着環湖，1公裡外的小鎮也可散步。
湖景房內看着眼前的畫，時間一晃就過。

服務和環境都沒得説，在這裏吃了兩天的早餐和一頓晚餐，早餐非常豐富，我們基本滾了一遍菜單，很不錯的西式早餐，奶製品的選擇很多，酸奶都很不錯，嘗試了很多不同的奶酪，服務人員都是很有氣質的紳士和女士，spa館很舒適，淡季人不多。
陽台的風景非常美麗，可以同時看到雪山和湖景。距離小鎮步行大約10分鐘，會經過一個墓園，由於住宿期間恰逢清明，感覺也很正常哈哈哈。
唯一的小小問題是酒店的電梯在半層的位置，如果要搬大箱子的話就會比較費勁，酒店大門處是厚厚的石子鋪成的，行李箱輪子會陷進去。
總之是非常美好的度假體驗，希望之後有機會再來。

很棒的酒店和服務。景山很棒的湖景房。帥哥美女都很友好，照顧有加， 感謝。 每到一個地方，除了美景外，人文方面的加持，會更流連忘返和印象加倍。 早餐點餐也不錯。總之很好的選擇。

設施：spa很棒一定要嘗試，早餐有韃靼牛肉、班尼迪克蛋等，很不錯。
環境：在湖邊，走去小鎮十五分鐘，很美。就是晚上房子裏沒人有點嚇人。
服務：不是很熱情但也有求必應，但是入住的時候給我們開了一個已經有人入住的房間，在高級酒店出現double checkin還沒有任何補救措施不太能令人接受。
