Nice room with very comfortable bed, especially the pillows! Convenient to get to the airport, which was a £4 shuttle bus. Parking is £15 per day for guests, which is a bit of a rip-off as this should be free and included in the room rate… but other than that, no complaints. There was air con in the room, which was much needed as it was very hot.

Not Worth It, Even for the Price If you’re only looking for a cheap place to sleep, the price might seem reasonable — but I did not enjoy my stay. The room looked like the photos, but there was an unpleasant, old smell and a lot of dust. It felt very basic and not well-maintained. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the mattress before settling in. I spent the whole night scratching and later noticed stains on it. One of the pillows I didn’t even use had body hair on it and looks like a bug?! Honestly, it was awful — and still felt overpriced for what you get. The room didn’t have a fridge or mini bar, which made it even less convenient for a short stay. Parking was an extra £14 per night. Breakfast was very basic. It’s nice that you can take it to go, but it’s mostly sugary snacks like muffins, muesli, croissants, and jam on bread. For the same money, you could get a better breakfast at the airport and actually feel full.

Hotel is very close to the airport, but note that the hotel shuttle is 4 pounds (what happened to the days of this service being free? 😭). Staff was a bit of a mixed bag. I was checked in by a rather miserable person, but check-out was polite and friendly. My room said a king bed, but I don't know if UK bed sizes are different, but it was more like a double. Room appeared clean, but I did find some hairs in the sheets that didn't belong to me and one of my pillows looked a little suspect. Fine stay for just a night when you need to be near the airport. Vegan options available for meals, although I didn't eat at the hotel.

Perfect location for overnight stay before travelling to the airport. Just walk around the corner and you have the Welcome Break for food, drinks etc

The service at reception and breakfast was excellent and easy to understand. Our room was spacious with a Queen bed, ensuite and coffee making facilities. Everything was clean and tidy and to our liking. Food

Usual standards for a hilton hotel, clean room, comfy bed, great hot food choice for breakfast, how ever ypu get a better pastries choice in Premier inn hotels and their cheap even whwn paying for breakfast separately

We (family of 5) stayed in the family room as we had an early flight from Stansted in the morning. We emailed Julie with our arrival time and she had everything prepared for us including an additional camping bed in the room. We were greeted warmly and showed around our and the breakfast room. Julie even went as far to place boy/girl napkins on the table for us which was very sweet. The room itself was lovely - large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. Beds were comfy and we had good hot water and biscuits/hot drinks. The location is perfect for Stansted, it took us less than ten minutes to get to the Mid Stay car park but note that if you're in the Long Stay it's a longer journey. Another advantage is that they will let you park your car on-site for a small fee, and you can then taxi to and from the airport which is only a few minutes (we will definitely do this next time as it's considerably cheaper than the airport car parks). Breakfast was amazing - since we left early we weren't that hungry but they had a huge variety of cereals, bread/crumpets, yoghurts, drinks, cereal bars, cheese, fruit ... the list goes on. Price was also very affordable especially for larger families as we could book a single room vs. having to book two (most places are max. occupancy of four). Many thanks and hope to see you soon!

The room is OK, the landlord can arrange a drop-off at the airport, 7 pounds. It’s a bit early to check out.

The overall experience of this hotel is very good, and the process from check-in to check-out is very smooth. The service staff is friendly and polite, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. The location is convenient and the surrounding living functions are also very convenient. The overall accommodation environment is comfortable and relaxing. It is a pleasant accommodation experience and I will visit again if I have the chance in the future.
