房間衞生不錯，很乾凈，環境也不吵鬧。唯一不如意的就是前台接待態度問題，因長者手機沒電了我們要用前台內部電話往房間打電話通知長者下樓，前台非常冷淡的讓打手機，跟她説了手機沒電了，然後呢低頭也不理我們，出來玩的也沒跟她較真就直接上樓去找長者了，這點要對該店提出批評。
