We just loved this place. The hotel shares the parking with a great restaurant, Texas Roadhouse and that’s a plus if you want to have dinner close to your hotel.

Average. Towels were dirty. Breakfast was good - omelette, sausages and waffles. No 24/7 coffee/hot water which is pretty common now.

The service was fine. The food was cold (scrambled eggs that the server just brought in) and the breakfast space area was extremely small. We were sitting way to close to other tables. Our room deadbolt lock would not lock. It did not line up properly with the slot. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

This hotel was a good stay. Overall the area was over priced for what it was. This hotel was competitively priced. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room smelled good and was clean. Free breakfast was good and clean. 

I booked and paid for a room through this site. Upon check in I was informed that they would not allow me to stay there . They said they don’t rent to “locals”. I am not a local, I live 30 miles away. Trip.com is a professional and efficient business. They refunded the money immediately. Much appreciate for great service with Trip.com! Jennifer Jiampietro

Great location, friendly staff. Parking is a nightmare! But worth it because once parked you can walk to most everything to do in downtown Asheville.

The receptionist was not friendly and argumentative.  I was not rude or angry with her requests.  She was not rude either, but not friendly.  Twice I had to visit the front desk and twice I took her attention away from her phone.  The telephone in the room had no dial tone.  She said maybe it’s not plugged in.  I checked went back and checked the plug in the room and it was plugged in.  I told her that.  She said we don’t have a maintenance man today, that’s too bad.  After checking out and having breakfast I asked if there was a restroom where I could wash my hands.  I was told it was out of service. After this experience I will not be returning.

Price is expensive for a motel. No free breakfast and limited parking. Near highway and 15mins drive to downtown.

This time I came to Asheville to do business. I stayed for more than ten days. I started to feel that the facilities were average, but the more I lived, the more I felt that it was good. The service was great. The key was that it was excellent value for money.
