The Ramada perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff, both on the early and late shifts, were very friendly and helpful.
The partnership with the Ambassador across the street made my short stay perfect, as they provided a shuttle service to various destinations and also to the airport bus stop.

For a 2 star hotel, you get exactly what you pay for. So while I can’t complain, just know what you’re signing up for and don’t have above average expectations. Had no issues with staff and appreciate the well lit parking lot with cameras (we’ve had our car broken into multiple times in MKE so this meant a lot to us). Room was decently clean but dog fur was very much present as well as someone’s hair on the pillows.

Very good, clean and sanitary, but it is a little close to the main road, so it is still a little noisy. You can take a bath🛀, my son enjoyed it very much, and it was a pleasant experience for a few days. I will book this hotel again next time🏨, and recommend it to everyone

First off, the signage for parking attached to the hotel was poor. The access to the hotel from the parking ramp was not labeled very well. There is nothing on the web site that states where the parking ramp access is. And the ramp as not full size truck friendly. The exercise room was in disrepair. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. Although I did not have have time to use the pool or hot tub, they were very small.
The room was clean, and the water pressure was good. The continental breakfast was very good. And it was only a leisurely walk to the Fiserv Forum.

The whole experience was good except for the fact that it is under construction so the ice machine doesn't work the room was dirty when I got to it there was trash under the couch, it basically had to be cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves. And the restaurant that's attached to the hotel is a rip off but other than that it was decent.

Guest UserThe room and location were great--the guests were not. Walls were super thing and sounds like there were multiple parties happening. When I complained about the noise to the front desk, they asked me ”well what do you want me to do?” Also the morning person for check out was very rude when I asked for a receipt.

So everything was nice, near the airport, clean and peaceful, but amenities.….. Ahh.. Sorry to say, no slippers were provided, not even water, not even shampoo… not even a toothbrush or toothpaste. The location was perfect.
