Brian from PhoenixSea Palace was a pleasant surprise. Nice, spacious room with 2 queen beds, dresser, 2 night stands, flat screen on wall above dresser (plenty of channels), mini fridge and microwave. Sink/vanity area was decent with plenty of room, granite surface. Bathroom was nice too, tub/shower enclosure seemed new and was pristine - even had the bowed out curtain rod for a roomy shower. No closet but a rod with hangers across from the sink - which was adequate. I loved the 5 minute walk to the boardwalk & beach, and convenience store/deli across the street. Primarily, the place was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Friendly staff. Hot water was warm not hot. Bathroom ceiling vent had cold air blowing constantly, not able to stop it - no on/off switch.

Was told when I got there I got lucky I was getting an upgrade to a third bed in an adjoining room but really it wasn't I needed to get in there to use the bathroom so...it was just not a nice room it was clean but just not as nice as the room that was in the picture...I'm sure they do this all the time.
