I've stayed at other JHotel locations in different cities before and always had a good experience. The decor is simple and clean, making it perfect for business travelers. This time, I was in Lanzhou for a business trip and chose JHotel again. It was as quiet and comfortable as ever. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room is very clean, the layout is good, and the bedding is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is very poor. All movements in the rooms above can be heard below. You can hear the chats in the next room clearly in the middle of the night. The sound of traffic passing by on the road can be heard. The sound insulation effect is very, very poor. I was woken up at night.

Parking at night can be a bit challenging; we got lost using our navigation and had to call the front desk for directions. There are two washer-dryer combo units available. We checked in around 10 PM. The front desk staff (especially one young lady) could use more training; we requested laundry detergent at night and had to wait a long time for it. The family room was great, with a partition in the middle. Breakfast included fruit and beef noodles, which we unfortunately missed due to an early flight. A complimentary airport shuttle service is also provided. It's a convenient ten-minute drive from the airport, with many great food options nearby.

The hotel is pretty good and very close to the airport, about 5-6 minutes drive. When you get to the airport in the evening, call the hotel and a car will pick you up and drop you off the next day. It's okay as a transit accommodation. I didn't hear the sound of planes at night and it was quiet. It's cold, and the air conditioner doesn't heat up very quickly, but you can still have a relatively warm resting temperature.

The page markedly marked at the time of booking to provide pick-up and drop-off service and provide two breakfasts. As a result, neither of the two important services was provided. It was said that there were fewer guests staying and they were cancelled. The key is not to mention the words when checking in! Then there are the disposable utensils in the room, the toothpaste is hardened and the gypsum is changed, the hot water is only warm water, and the air conditioner cannot heat. I don't know where these high-scoring evaluations come from.

We are very satisfied with this stay, the room is very spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and we will choose this hotel next time. The room in this hotel is very quiet and free from outside interference. The mattress is moderately firm and makes me sleep very comfortable. Throughout the stay, I felt meticulous care and care. This accommodation is far from the hustle and bustle of the city and the environment is quiet and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and warm, with complete supporting facilities. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, not only giving us travel advice, but also caring everywhere in life. The only small regret is that there are relatively few entertainment facilities, but it is definitely a good choice for people who want to enjoy a quiet holiday. Having stayed in so many hotels near airports, this one is definitely at the top. The location is close to the airport, and it is convenient to travel back and forth. The hotel environment is warm and the decoration style is very pleasing to the eye. The service is impeccable. The staff are very responsive and considerate, adding a lot of warmth to the tiring journey.

The entire check-in experience was flawless. The front desk staff was courteous, and the process was completed in just a few minutes. The room's cleanliness was meticulously maintained, with every corner and the vanity impeccably clean. The mattress had just the right firmness. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside. The facilities were in perfect working order, with stable hot water and a functional air conditioner for both cooling and heating. There are many restaurants nearby, making transportation convenient. The price is affordable and great value for money, making it suitable for both tourists and short stays. I've saved this place and will definitely choose it first next time I'm in the area.

The second time I came to stay, it was still the same comfort, twice, the cheapest one booked more than 100 yuan, and the Xiangyang noodle room was very comfortable. There is a beef noodle around that is also very delicious. Song Man's skewers are really delicious. 😁

There is a pick-up service. We contacted the hotel to pick you up after landing, but we waited for more than ten minutes on the roadside after leaving the passenger terminal before the driver came. The room was quite large and it was acceptable to stay one night near the airport.
