Super cozy place with absolutely perfect service. Room was very clean and location is pretty nice too, not too far from town or the bus station

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

Very good facilities with nice service. Looks unforgettable - especially at breakfast on the terrace on the panorama of Tatra or at dinner after dark in the city light. It is worth taking advantage of the restaurant offer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious food, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

A cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing

Great peaceful side of town. Still walkable distance to all the happenings. Great value considering they include the aqua park pass and breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Staff so to yourself) I asked a quiet room- gave a room with windows on the playground!)))) And so the hotel loves!!! There was a birthday- didn't congratulate...In general the impression is that the hotel in these few years is not developing, but degrading... sad! We sincerely loved him... will we come again?! I don't know... rather not than yes.

Receptionists are super helpful and nice!! I was welcomed by Elisabeth for the first day and followed her super good travel ideas and routes to hike! The hotel are very cute and clean. Behind the hotel is a hiking route ❤️☀️ I will come back definitely!!

Great for walking, since 20m from trail starts... For that buy the park tixket online to avoid queue, by the way The thermal baths in town was included in hotel price which was great, just a bus and walk to get there tjough, not on site.

The staff is very friendly and can communicate in English. The location is not bad, the shopping street outside the hotel, you can buy hand letters, there are different restaurants, about 15 minutes walk from the train station/bus station. The hotel has a free swimming pool with sauna, a lift, and a few recommendations overall.
