This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

Traveling with my parents and kids, a total of six people, we booked two rooms – one with a king bed and one with twin beds. The beds were large and the environment was clean. Out of all the places we've stayed, this one was the most surprisingly good. The front desk staff were excellent. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel's elegant and tranquil environment makes people feel happy. Breakfast was varied and very delicious. The overall value for money is very high. I am very satisfied every time I stay. They were also very responsive and helpful, patiently explaining nearby attractions and other amenities. Environment: The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful lake, where a walk around the lake brings fresh air and a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are cozy. It's worth mentioning that the hotel breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, especially the beef noodles, which were delicious 😋, and the other snacks were also very tasty. I would definitely stay here again next time I bring my children.

Let me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

The hotel's location is great – it's not noisy, but still only about a 20-minute walk to attractions like Daxiaohe Street and the Poetry Wall, or a roughly 15-yuan taxi ride. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. What really stood out was Manager Chen's professionalism; she helped us resolve an issue very promptly. Five stars across the board! I do have two suggestions regarding breakfast: 1. I recommend adding a lightbulb to the rice noodle station's prep area. It's too dark for the staff working there, which could be a safety hazard. 2. It would be beneficial to add another staff member to the breakfast area to work alongside the current attendant. One person could handle refilling and serving food, while the other focuses on cleaning. Otherwise, the current attendant is left juggling a cleaning cloth and serving at the same time.

I strongly recommend the river view room. The wide view will change your mood... You can almost see the whole river street. We went to the river street, and the front desk took the initiative to introduce it to us. The room attendant was also very enthusiastic. The room was clean and hygienic, and the price-performance ratio was very good! I really felt at home.
