I came to the chain hotel, but it was much worse than I expected. First, the reception staff did not have a sense of service. The guests arrived and did not take the initiative to say hello. I took the initiative to say hello and ask about the room. Second, the receptionist said in front of me to another waiter, this is for your performance, you check in for her online. Third, the room I saw was on the 9th floor, and the check-in for me was on the 8th floor. I asked him to replace it. I actually said that the 8th floor was upgraded for you. I went to the 8th floor and found that there was no difference between the room I saw on the 9th floor. I was tired and didn't want to toss. Fourth, the disposable supplies provided in the room are not complete. I called the waiter to ask for a shoe polishing cloth. I actually said that there is no and said that we have a shoe polishing machine. Can I use a shoe polishing machine for the white tourist shoes? Fifth, during breakfast, the restaurant was crowded, there was a waiter cleaning up, the table was very messy, and I was ready to clean it myself and then I was seated for dinner. In a word, this hotel management is not in place. Let customers feel the clean and comfortable of the chain hotel, and it is also the worst hotel I have stayed in since I traveled for 20 days.

The overall experience of the hotel is very good, the sanitation is particularly in place, the rooms are clean and tidy, and everything is well organized. It makes people feel very comfortable and at ease when they check in. The staff is warm and thoughtful, friendly and polite, and can patiently answer and deal with problems in a timely manner. The whole process is intimate and meticulous. The facilities are complete and complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the overall environment is quiet and tidy, and the price is very high. It is suitable for travel accommodation or relaxation. It is highly recommended and will choose to stay next time!

Every time I go to Lanzhou New District on business, I live in Yueman Hotel. It is more convenient. After booking, there is a pick-up and drop-off service. The hotel is fully equipped, cleaned, beautiful environment, convenient transportation, warm and thoughtful service, and feels like going home.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Come to Lanzhou New District for a business trip, stay at Longhai Silk Road Holiday Hotel, and experience far exceeds expectations. The hotel integrates the Silk Road cultural design. The camel team and Danxia elements can be seen everywhere in the lobby and guest rooms. There is also Silk Road Graphics and Cultural Creation on the first floor, which is full of atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and bright, the hygiene is particularly meticulous, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation is very good, and you can rest all the way. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the demand response is timely. The breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account the local flavor of the northwest. The supporting facilities are complete, the location is convenient, and the hotel has an intangible experience. The overall cultural texture and intimate service are both available. I will choose here next time I come to the new district.

I believe the hotel has changed its name but I can't remember what's it currently called as I only had a brief time there, checked in late and checked out early the next morning. Even though my time was brief, the service at the hotel was great. The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive away from the airport and they offer pickup and dropoff service to and from the airport (and the railway station). However, I don't think there's any shops or restaurants nearby in walking distance. The room was great with plenty of electrical outlets. All in all, I wish I had more time at the hotel.

I arrived rather late but the check in process was simple enough and then the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel especially if you want to be near the airport and are only staying one night like I was. The front desk was incredibly helpful and even helped me get a morning shuttle to the airport without having to be asked. Overall incredibly pleasant experience, no complaints.

The hotel service is very good. Because the leader was only taking a short break and not staying overnight, he originally booked an elegant king-size bed, but the hotel later upgraded it to a deluxe king-size bed for free. Moreover, the leader was very uncomfortable when he arrived, so he ordered takeout in the room. Although the delivery man could not deliver it upstairs, after contacting the front desk, the hotel staff personally delivered the takeout to the room. I really like the hotel's service!
