"The staff are very friendly and willing to help customers with enquiries.
We were allowed for late check out at 3pm.
The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in."

"The hotel is bold, the appearance is very beautiful, the lobby is large, there are restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat. The room was very clean and tidy, the room was large, the dry and wet separation, the service was good, the breakfast was OK, there was a parking lot. The day before, I played Lu'an Tiantangzhai. It was not fun and I was not willing. The next day I ran to Luotian Tiantangzhai to play. It was much more fun. The cable car was closed, and it was too tired to climb the mountain back and forth."

"The hotel is located in the Tiantangzhai Scenic Area, more than 800 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains, fresh air, quiet environment, birds and flowers, very suitable for relaxing and slow life on hot days, the hotel has billiards and table tennis rooms, children's playground and other facilities. The only downside is that the hotel's own catering (middle and dinner) is not perfect, and the surrounding high-quality eating restaurants are missing, so I have to go to the ancient town of Yuz to eat (25 minutes drive). Remarks: The restaurant in the Tiantangzhai Scenic Area tastes bad (I went to the high-scoring Tiantangzhai hanging pot city and Xinxintu restaurant), it is recommended to taste the victory hanging pot in the ancient town of Yuz."

先説好的地方：房間乾淨，智能家居很方便，前台服務的兩個小哥哥都很nice，有耐心有禮貌，酒店的整體環境不錯，園林風格，我看到還有過來拍婚紗照的，還可以帶孩子看小金魚和錦鯉。甚至酒店自己的餐廳鳩茲別院家宴的菜也是很有鍋氣的，一道清炒苦瓜，清甜新鮮，食材很棒。
再説不好的地方：1.我住的1-102，鳳還巢，在路邊，説實話，早上還是有點吵的，七點不到，路過的車子和行人説話的聲音彷彿就在耳邊。2.因為臨着路邊，雖然窗户貼了黑色的反光紙，白天從外面看看不到裏面，但是晚上開了燈，裏面一覽無餘，非得關窗簾。3.晚上看完鳩茲古邑的打鐵花演出，九點半回房間洗澡，水温很冷，水也小，説實話，雖然中午熱，但山裡的晚上還是很冷的，冷的我衹發抖，跟前台打電話，答覆説是現在用水的人多，過了5分鐘，水就慢慢熱起來了。4.晚上睡到半夜12點45分，房間突然發出了嘯叫聲，夢裡驚醒，慌的人四處找原因，無果後給前台打電話，工作人員來後，關掉了空調總閘，嘯叫聲才停止，然後囑咐我們不要開空調了，還讓我們窗簾不要關太緊😂那還不是怕外面人看到嘛😂説山裡晚上涼快不用開空調，這是實話，衹能開個窗通風，苦的是半夜醒來，再入睡真難。5.床頭的智能家電的控制鍵在晚上顯得熠熠生輝，挨着床頭，真的非常影響睡眠（圖二）。
不管怎麼説，酒店在當地是非常不錯的，畢竟也不便宜，我定的十一期間一晚上850，有想做好的決心，但細節真的要更精益求精。"
