There is a separate lakeside sauna and a grill hut by the shore. The property includes a private pier and a rowing boat. A canoe and a SUP board are also available for guests. The wooden cabin, built in 1996, was elegantly renovated in 2022. It features a well-equipped living room/kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a living area with a sofa set and a heat-storing fireplace. The living area also has an air-source heat pump for cooling and heating. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two beds, a TV room with glass doors, and a sofa bed that can be converted into an extra bed measuring 140 x 190 cm for two people. The upper floor has a sleeping area with two beds. Additionally, there are three foldable floor mattresses upstairs which can be used as alternative sleeping options for children. A separate lakeside sauna, built in 2023, is equipped with a wood-burning stove. In the summer, cold water is available via a tap. The lakeside sauna can also be used in the winter, but water must be carried from the lake or the cabin. The lakeside sauna has a separate dressing room with a sofa and a refrigerator. There is also a cozy grill hut by the shore. The grassy yard features a children’s play area with two swings and a slide. The sunny plot has ample space for multiple cars.
