WWEIDONGBOThe hotel is medium in size and has a good interior environment. The room is large, the sofa bed is comfortable, and the balcony overlooks the golf course, which is a good view. The gym is a little small. The front desk is efficient and gave us an introduction map. No breakfast is provided.

They had fun events like karaoke and bingo on Thursday & Friday. Pool and hot tub were decent. The room itself is big, but kinda dirty. Our room didn't have a view but the price was right.

侯侯Less than half an hour's drive from the desert Ole, there are very few people in the country. The hotel is all three-story, surrounded by golf courses. No car is not recommended. It’s too far to go to Ola in Palm Springs. Almost all of the hotel’s guests are old Americans who are going to play golf. The hotel was unsuccessful and it was withdrawn after a night. There is an open air swimming pool and a constant temperature.

GGuest UserBeautiful, charming and aesthetic renovations to the interiors of the property and pool grounds. However, when you drive up, the exterior could benefit from a fresh coat of paint on the classic, 70s aesthetic rock. If you didn’t know the property had been updated, you would be an off-put. Once inside, the lobby, restaurant and rooms have been redone to a mid-century vibe. The hotel still has a retro vibe and is Instagram-worthy.
Although aesthetics have been updated, the infrastructure remains. I was on the ground floor & could hear the footsteps of guests above walking back and forth in the early morning. Around 3am, I heard those guests or ones next door arriving back to their room. I would choose a higher floor if I returned.
TV uses Apple TV which was annoying having to log in. Finally logged in and it said the tv had to be updated to a newer version. Would be better if they didn’t use this interface and just had commonly used apps everyone could log into like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. I gave up & ended up scrolling my phone at 10pm.
Pool area has a lovely bar I didn’t get to experience, but lots of seating areas, a cornhole area and cabanas and open loungers. Pool ranges from 3-8 feet, nothing huge and was moderately heated for a 10:30am swim. No jacuzzi unfortunately.
Other: Hotel uses Le Labo products. There is an elevator on the property. Free parking onsite. Located at the end of Palm Canyon Dr. so short drive to downtown, but not as walkable is one downside. All in all, great property!

RRachelThe hotel rooms here are incredible! My stay here was so relaxing and comfortable. You'll have to take a car to reach most of the nightlife. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff they where impatient and when we checked in the lady at the desk was downright rude. Which is a real bummer because the setup of the hotel makes it really hard to find your room without help from a staff member. I know that working with people all day can be tough and I would be happy to give them another chance because everything else was so nice.

LLiao ChuankangThe hotel staff are extremely kind and their hospitality is well appreciated. I called the hotel one day before the stay as it woild be my son's birthday that day. I was wondering if I can get a small cake or dessert with a birthday message to give my sin a surprise, since my English is bad I made two calls to the front desk as well as lefe a message, the hotel staff recognizes me immediately when I was checking in and made arrangement exceeding my expectation.
I was more than happy to recommend this place to others not only because its facilities but more because of its staff, from front desk to bar tender, as to the director who made my life much easier.

MMarioInitial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.
