The staff also deserve special recognition for their exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend the Signature Suite at Discovery Suites Boracay for anyone looking for a premium island escape. So, what can I say about the hotel... overall, it seems there's nothing better on the island. It has its own secluded bay, 2 beaches, and an excellent pool area. All issues are resolved instantly; they are very customer-oriented. We stayed with 3 children: there's plenty to keep them occupied. There's a kids' club for younger children and one for teenagers (something for everyone's interests). The coffee at breakfast is good; the only downside is very limited European food (you can order porridge through the waiter). We liked the restaurant by the bar and the steakhouse. The staff really tries hard! We liked it and will come again.

I used to like staying at Hennan Resorts in Boracay, this one however was quite a walk to the beach and had a bit of a struggle at night. Also, the rooms aren’t soundproof, on our last night, lots of people were loud around 1:30am (most likely late check in guests) without consideration. The next door neighbor were obviously heard making love. I am addressing this issue so it will be avoided. Overall stay wasn’t bad when it comes to the service and amenities but I am disappointed in how the rooms weren’t quiet enough since we paid extra for an upgrade. I was expecting my money’s worth.

This is rhe 3rd time my wife and myself have visited the Henann Palm in Boracay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we love it here. This is our favorite hotel in Borocay with lovely staff and this year we brought the family with us who also loved it here. We will be back in the future. Also last year we visited another Henann hotel in Panglao Bohol and that also was amazing. I wish Henann had hotels at all holiday destinations around the Philippines because we would definitely be staying at them when traveling around. We highly recommend Henann

Right in front of the beach once you step out of the hotel! What a fantastic location! Plus, with a private beach, I could relax and enjoy the ocean view. There are also two types of pools, and the rooftop pool has a bar, which creates a great atmosphere! The mango parfait I had at the rooftop pool bar was the best mango dessert I've had on Boracay Island! You can get a parfait with plenty of mangoes for about 750 yen! I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast buffet menu changed every day, which was enjoyable. The variety and quality of each dish were decent. While the air conditioning in the room was good, the toilet had a sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The shower water never got hot, staying lukewarm the whole time, and the water pressure was very weak. The hotel staff were wonderful, treating me kindly and politely.

I'm giving it a minus only because of the location; everything else about this hotel is perfect. It's far from the main restaurants and the main beach, and there's no private beach nearby, so they only offer paid transportation to beaches far away. The food is excellent; I haven't eaten better on this island, even though I've been here for two months and have changed a bunch of hotels. The rooms are new, huge, and clean. The staff is very polite, the pool is gorgeous, and there are gorgeous modern sun loungers. The breakfast is delicious, although I usually don't like breakfast anywhere. The casino is large, new, and modern. The service is impeccable everywhere. I recommend this hotel, but keep in mind that getting to the beach will be difficult if you need it.
