在老城區的一棟老房子裏，環境不錯，房間一般，床很小，兩張像宿舍的小床，也沒搞懂為什麼歐洲酒店大床房為什麼就這麼稀有，都是兩張很窄的小床。早餐還行。

Stayed Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. Check out time of 1100 was altered to 1500 for small extra payment. Restaurant and pool closed for "technical reasons". This 14th Century building has been beautifully restored, furniture and decoration are good quality. Reception was helpful and efficient. Breakfast choice was good except for only one type of eggs (fried) available. Service on the Saturday was patchy with only one hard working staff member present, much better with two on the Sunday. Bathroom in our room was spotless and modern, with a bidet. The atrium, with real trees, was a nice surprise. The room information pack states breakfast is from 0630, in fact it is from 0700, Also in the information pack was an inventory listing how much guests will be charged in the event of damaged or missing items, I have never seen such a thing anywhere else in the world! Apart from that, and what I thought were hard pillows, the stay was very good. Our room faced the square, traffic passing through was very light, but as the road is cobbled the noise can be a problem for light sleepers.

We were overcharged and also given an inferior room to what we booked. Pleasant lady at Reception was not competent to deal with the booking. We had asked the Hotel previously about lift availability and lack of need to use stairs. They were not honest. 7 steps were necessary to reach the room and plenty to reach the breakfast room. Breakfast was stale bread and meats ,cheeses and hot items. It was impersonal. Worst breakfast I've had ever. The bed needs replacing it's very lumpy. Avoid here.

Nie mam zastrzeżeń co do jakości usług, ale wyposażenie mocno przechodzone, pokój wyposażony w niektóre rozpadające się meble (biurko), w łazience tylko wanna, bez kabiny prysznicowej i jakiejkolwiek przesłony przez zalaniem woda całej łazienki - chyba, żeby nie używać prysznica. Niedziałające lampki nocne. Jest za to lista, ile hotel cie obciąży, gdy coś zniszczysz/zabrudzisz, a np. menu z restauracji brak. W pokoju bardzo ciepło.
