The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)

The room is very comfortable, with a wooden roof, and it feels like a child, very warm.
The food is also delicious and the service staff are very friendly. If I come back next time, I will still choose this restaurant.

The room is very clean. Each house number is a special anniversary for the landlord. There are not too many rooms and everything is available. Don't be afraid of cemeteries. This small town is half fireworks and half cemeteries.

Really very average. Not worth the price. You can find better ones around.
The room was oversold when we went there, and the four of us were crammed into one room.
Although Ctrip refunded the money, it was very unprofessional.

Our room was good, the staff at the reception were helpful. Parking is available. If you are going to park within the boundaries of the hotel, you have to hand over the key. Otherwise, there is an empty space in front of the museum next to it and it is monitored by the hotel with a camera. It can be placed there depending on availability. Breakfast was satisfactory

A quite good hotel with a very unique and new appearance. The rooms are very clean and the location is very good. There is a ramp a few hundred meters away from the city hall, Pigeon Square and other core attractions. There is an elevator and a small parking lot, but there are few parking spaces. You can also park next to the house in front of the door. The service attitude is good (because it is run by my own family), and I especially point out the breakfast, which is exquisite and delicious, with many varieties and small quantities, and a lot of bread and snacks. If I have the chance to come to Sarajevo again, I will stay here again.
