July, 2025 Hotel De La Source leaves honeymoon couple out in cold! On their honeymoon, My daughter and new husband called and were told they had a room at Hotel de La Source all credit card information was given to the hotel . The honeymooners packed and left their hotel. On their way to Hotel De La Source, they received call from the assistant manager. Gregory. “Sorry, we just had a couple show up and the room is no longer available.” On their honeymoon, left in the cold after booking the room. Regardless of a secondary call to the hotel explaining once the room was booked by the honeymoons it shouldn’t have been given elsewhere. Per Gregory, “Nothing we can do” Beware of this Hotel they are unreliable.

We stayed here like most people because we were heading to Spa-Francorchamps the next day. The hotel seemed nice o line but was even nicer in person. Thankful I decided to spend the extra few dollars to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Having the doors open at night and in the morning was lovely as was walking out on the balcony and seeing the entrance to Spa right there. Food and drinks were also good at the bar/restaurant.

Breakfast was poor with many items missing.
Hotel was and restaurant where extremely hot and poorly ventilated for an expensive hotel

Top hotel, very clean & tidy. Staff were excellent and made our stay pleasurable. Ideal for the Spa Francorchamps circuit, as very close to the entrance. Would highly recommend this Hotel & would book again as and when in the area.

The Personell were very friendly and competent. Rooms very clean and modern. Restaurant, personell, excellent service, food very good, just maybe a little bit expensive

If you are going to circuit Spa Francorchamps. This is the place to stay. Great location, and very nicely executed decor.
