We recently had the pleasure of staying at Stayhere Casablanca, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff was evident.

Salma deserves special mention for her warm welcome and efficient check-in process. She was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect.

Achraf the manager went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued as guests. Their proactive approach to customer service and willingness to accommodate special requests truly set this property apart.

Even Mehdi made an impression with his cheerful demeanor and swift assistance with our luggage. He ensured we settled into our room seamlessly and was always ready to lend a helping hand.

The consistent excellent service from every member of the staff turned our stay into a memorable experience. We would highly recommend Stayhere Casablanca to anyone seeking comfort, care, and top-tier hospitality. This is a hotel that truly knows how to make its guests feel special.

Except that the shower water is a little small and the air conditioning is not very powerful, there is nothing wrong with it

The room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park. 

What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered. 
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

It was at a convenient location, but not a full service hotel, but an apartment. It was OK but did not meet our needs.

I had the people above in the room , great welcome

When we went there, there were no rooms available. Five people booked two rooms, but we were told that there was only one room. This hotel was closer to the old town, and we were later arranged to move to another hotel, which was newly renovated, with a strong formaldehyde smell and a broken elevator. But the balcony of the new hotel was super big, and we could see the sunset and sunrise. We just stayed there.

It went very well. Good, spacious, clean room. Staff very responsive. Thank you very much!

房間好大，三室一廳二衞，有廚房設施，晚上比較清靜，周邊都是豪宅別墅區，剛剛開業不久，值得下次再次入住，很滿意

Das WLAN war sehr gut und stabil, umso erstaunlicher, dass die Zimmer nicht mal einen kleinen Schreibtisch haben. Das hat mich bei der Arbeit etwas gebremst. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hat die Nachbarn permanent gehört. Im Bad gab es keinerlei Ablageflächen. An sich sind die Zimmer gut und sauber, aber die Einrichtung ist etwas ungeschickt ausgewählt.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was very clean, had excellent customer service, and made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The only downside was its distance from the main attractions like the old quarters. Overall, I had a positive experience.
