Property Description
Stay in comfort in a beautiful tiny home steps away from a forest with a running creek. Enjoy a camp fire and admire the stars from your hammock before you sleep peacefully in your lofted queen-size bed in the quiet north-central Alabama night. Enjoy complimentary coffee or espresso in the morning as you sit on the porch and enjoy the sunrise.
Note: The fold-out couch in the living room is small, shorter than a normal couch, and will not be comfortable for most adults. It's suitable for 1 or 2 small children.

The space
We're on about 11.5 acres and live and work primarily on this property. The tiny house is situated behind our home and barn, within sight distance, but not close. The property has woods on either side and is mostly grassy with some exposed clay. We're surrounded by hay fields and hunting land, so it's pretty quiet out here!
We provide outdoor seating and a 2-person hammock for you to enjoy. There is also at least 1 propane grill available and ready for use.
The woods have been cleared of underbrush and are pleasant to walk in. We've put in a small duck pond and fire ring, stocked with some wood and started, upon request.
Cellular signal is spotty to poor, but free wifi is available once on the property.
We have a few chickens and a rooster that live in the barn. We haven't had any negative feedback about the rooster waking up guests, but if you think it might be a problem, please plan accordingly.
We have a very small RV campground (7 spaces, of which the tiny home is one). So when you book, you may very well have neighbors. The spaces are 25' wide and the tiny home is in the center of the space.
Guest access
The tiny home faces a wood. Guests are free to walk throughout the wood as far as the creek and around the grassy area near the tiny home. The pasture in front of the barn is also fine.
Guests are not to enter the fenced backyard, the gray shop building, or the pavilion in the back of the property.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please use the cutting board instead of the cutting on the counters, even though they are also made of wood. I called the property owner to get a text message saying I'll call you back. Never received a call back I had to return the call again myself! After that the po seemed to have a strange attitude. Explaining to me how she wanted to make sure I understood that the couch need would only fit a small child. That was not mentioned in the description. This causes our trip to have to add 6 hours drive time to our trip with a special needs baby. Not fun. Them she said she would refund me but I only got a partial refund. When I received the refund in the mail it was addressed to a"Mason" which is not our name at all and it said or current resident... We almost sent it back to the post office but my husband decided to open it because of the return address thinking it would be our refund and it was... That would be a great way to get out of refunding someone! The other place we stayed was altogether different, so nice, sweet sweet lady there totally different from the mess we experienced with this property/owner...Also the address was totally iffy... Beware.

This was our first time staying in a tiny home and we LOVED it! It was rustic and modern, super clean and tidy, beautiful wood work throughout, over all great experience. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The wifi is iffy - which is explained in the listing - so this made it a little difficult to watch tv but that wasn't a huge deal to me.
I would totally recommend this place to other couples and would consider staying here again!

I loved being able to meet the host, it made it more personable. The tiny home was so cute, and cabin-like. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely keep this gem on my list of places to stay at again.

Cool Little Tiny Home
Cool little home. Very quiet area. The host has plates, pots and pans, and little odd and end items to make sure you have everything for your stay. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Cute and cozy
We had a great stay in the tiny home. We stayed for a night to break up a long travel day and it was perfect for that, would also be great for a longer stay in Alabama. The tiny home is so cute with rustic charm. We had a miscommunication of when our stay started and even with the mishap, we were well taken care of. Sweet and reputable owners. Great option for a couple looking for a cheap and relaxing getaway

Adorable and well stocked!
We absolutely loved this place! We had a few minor issues but they were easily fixed and the owner was very communicative. Wifi was a little iffy but it is in a secluded area. My partner and I really enjoyed this place and it was very well stocked for being a tiny home. If you are in the Pell City area I highly recommend!

Tiny home
Tiny home sits in a back pasture area among RV sites. No one else was there during our stay so it was very peaceful. There’s a nice wooded area with a firepit and picnic table. The home was very neat, clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.
