We had a lovely stay in Stellenbosch and found Roosenwijn very comfortable and extremely convenient with excellent access to town by foot to all the main places of interest. Breakfast was first class and our rooms very comfortable. Jeanine was extremely helpful in sorting two extra nights when another booking had to cancel our stay at very short notice.

It was a nice surprise all the details we encountered and kind reception we had in Roosenwijn Guest House, neat, clean, shower and tub perfect for the aprés Cape Epic shower!. Next day breakfast was outstanding, best croissants ever, eggs, good coffee and yogurt parfait! . The locations was superb and really close to Stellenbosch Center, good parking space, and a door communicating the garden wirth a nice table threm and tea mjilk and some other spirit drink in the room. We love our stay there, and Stephy was great with us.

What an amazing experience! This is a gem in the heart of Stellenbosch. Very helpful and friendly staff and Jeanine is a star. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere with lovely rooms, amenities and a great breakfast. Will definitely visit again!

This is a well appointed guesthouse run by a very efficient and helpful staff. The grounds are beautiful and the building is quaint. Breakfast, which included continental offerings as well as choices of hot meals made to order, was served by an attentive and friendly staff. The location is within easy walking distance of the downtown area where one can choose from myriad dining options. Preliminary questions were answered promptly with helpful information. Stephanie arranged a transfer from the airport which was effected in a very professional manner-we were met as promised and transferred without issue. This is also a great place to launch a day of wine touring. We highly recommend this facility.

A welcome return visit to Stellenbosch and stay at Roosenwijn. A good room with all the facilities. Jeanine is so helpful arranging taxi to the airport and suggestions for local amenities and visits. Its so handy for an early morning trip to Cape Town airport and walking distance to all the restaurants and amenities. Secure parking with keyed access.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very helpful. Especially Stephanie. She is so friendly, taking care of everything and has always a big smile for the customers. The rooms are comfortable. From the hotel you can easily walk to the centre.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were welcoming on check in and lovely at breakfast (which was also great - we were sad to miss it our second day when we had to leave early). A lovely pool area to relax in too and a great location in central stellenbosch. Room was big and cool and comfortable.

It was such a treat staying at Roosenwijn. I've always wanted to see what it looks like and i have to say, it def lived up to my expectations. A gorgeous place with an ideal location, great breakfast and warm and friendly staff. A must stay when you're visiting Stellenbosch.

Lovely old Victorian house in Stellenbosch. Bathroom needs a bit of touch up. Breakfast disappointing. My omelet was totally cold and I had to send it back. Lounge furniture cushions are worn through.
