I booked this hotel for my friend's wedding gift when I was staying in the same hotel. I contact the hotel in advance for the parking and extra pet. (Yes, they are a pet friendly hotel)Very good convenience location, restaurants, shopping mall and shops are just on your door steps. Excellent services from the front desk, well choices of breakfast, lining and shampoo, lotion. They even have a dog bed for my friend' pet. You felt the homey as it is with a dip of sparks of everywhere in the hotel that you definitely need to stay at the Nofo when you are in stockholm.

Really enjoyed my stay in a Scandinavian themed part of the hotel. My room was small but nicely planned with a very comfortable bed. Nice location, delicious breakfast spread and a great wine bar. Staff are stand outs for being super customer-centric. The one thing lacking is a sauna which i believe would add a lot of value (or at least arrange a deal with a local spa for guests). The only thing I would improve is the coffee…i just couldn’t drink it but there are great cafes close by.

Rail for the shower / bathroom door was buckled so the water ran out on to the carpet in the bedroom area.
I reported it at reception as over time it could ruin the carpet and smell.But that didn’t take away from us really liking the hotel,we enjoyed our stay and will return.
Very good staff interaction in all departments.

Great concept! Very supportive and friendly people work there. To stay in a ”Yellow Submarine” room at Carnaby Street as the biggest Beatles fan out of Liverpool was a Lovely experience!!! 😏

it was not just a short stay - it was a sweet experience! Such an attention to detail in the design, the food and the service, made it an absolute pleasure. And a rare thing in hotels: It was actually possible to get a good light level for doing work in the room - thank you!

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location! The window to our room faced a park, which was noisy one morning but not a deal breaker. Loved our stay and bar/restaurant on-site.

Nicely designed hotel with a wine bar attached to the property. Rooms are smaller but comfortable, clean and would stay here again.
