Likes: Location is convenient with a shopping centre within 2 minutes walking distance, friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast, rooms were clean and so the environment within hotel.
Dislikes: Parking is not free as initially advertised when purchased the package and got a ticket of 900Sk.

Clean and comfortable beds and a great shower! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and proximity to the mall and food court was great - location perfect for us as we were visiting family close by and transport into the city was so easy .. great breakfast too!

We stayed here for a 3-day vacation. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied and the staff always friendly and qualified. Hotel is really near to the metro station, so it's convenient for travel.

Unfortunately disappointing…won’t be coming back. The hotel is good in all aspects except the fact that air conditioning is running non stop in the rooms without any option to switch it off. There is also no way to open a window for fresh air, which makes the entire experience just unpleasant. Good sleep not possible :-( really a pity because otherwise the hotel has a lot to offer…

In general it was good, but slightly disappointed with cleaning. They clean every 4th. day. Never got the floor vacuumed.

Great modern four star hotel in Stockholm suburbs. Convenient for reaching from the motorway and for parking. Five minute walk from the metro that gets you into central Stockholm in 15 minutes. Great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel do not provide any clear instructions to their guests that the parking lot is not their private nor any instructions to follow while using it. We got penalty of 1800 Kr just because of parking ticket was not visible to the authorized person. After asking help from the hotel staff they just replied saying its not their concern and she cant help saying she is not the queen of sweden. We also had another guest with us with the similar issue. It feels like getting robbed and being new in the country we feel helpless to resolve such issue.
