Facilities: But if you stay in this hotel, you have to pay attention.
1. The hotel does not have an elevator, which is very inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.
2. The old town is full of stone roads. If you carry a suitcase, it will be very difficult. They are all small roads and very inconvenient.
3. You cannot drive into the old town, and there is no way to park. It is not recommended to rent a car. The parking fee is around 1,000 yuan a day, and even taking a taxi will take a long time. Think about the cold air.

Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Spacious, very well appointed apartments and a great location. Brilliant old building with interesting history that has been very well renovated. A short walk to a mini mart and old town Square and old town shopping area. 1.5km flat walk to museum district including Vasa and Abba. 1 Block to waterfront and harbour cruises. Couldn't ask for more.

The location was amazing, easy walking distance to everything Gamla Stan has to offer. Supermarket and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Based on reviews from others, I made sure I selected a ground floor apartment and was glad I did :-) The old building is just beautiful, but no elevator means you have to be able to manage bags up and down stairs. Also, the area is limited to cars during certain times. This meant that our driver had to drop us as close to the apartment as possible and then it was dragging our bags over cobblestones for a little way. It was all worth it though! The apartment was beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable. The huge kitchen was extremely well equipped. We were greeted by Matilda who was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Exceptional apartment. The location was perfect, right in the middle of old Gamla Stan but on a quiet lane. The beds were so comfortable, I had the best sleep here. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was a dryer as well as a washing machine, the supermarket was really close and everything was either within walking distance or you could jump on a nearby ferry or train. By the end of our stay we were ready to move in. Shout out to the host, Matilda, who helped us a few times.

Our stay at Residence Perseus was beyond our expectations. The property had a charming, historic atmosphere full of character. Very clean, well-maintained, and offered ample space for our group of nine. Matilda was helpful and easily accessible whenever we needed assistance. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shopping, and attractions. Highly recommend Residence Perseus.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in the heart of Gamla Stan. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained and boast many Swedish features and home comforts. The location is perfect, conveniently located near shops, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Stockholm Central Station and all of the main attractions of the city.

This is the charming and spacious apartment in a lovely and historic area. It was convenient to all of our to do list. The host was very easy to work with and very responsive. Extremely clean comfortable beds and we highly recommend. Five stars from our group!

I am in my 70's and have been fortunate to have traveled extensively, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, South America and throughout the US where I live. I have stayed at beautiful, luxurious hotels and B&Bs, but none of them compare to the Residence Perseus Hotel. From the moment my friend and I walked into our apartment, we fell in love with it and felt so comfortable. The attention to detail made it feel like a home-away-from-home. Hanna and Matilda, the office managers, were so gracious snd helpful. I forgot my charger for my Apple watch. I thought I would have to go by taxi to the Apple store in Stockholm and buy another one. That would have cut into our sightseeing, They offered to charge it for me periodically during the week and put it in my apartment when we got back at the end of the day. That is only one example of their help and assistance. We will never forget out stay at the Perseus and I definitely plan to return.
