L.V.X Collection Hotels in Stockholm

The staff were very kind and provided excellent service. We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, but they had already prepared our room for us. The room was clean and spacious — definitely not cramped at all. The bathroom was also clean and not small; it had a separate shower and bathtub. The water pressure from the shower was strong, which we really appreciated. If we ever return to Stockholm, we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, and most of the attractions in the old town can be reached on foot. It's just that the standard room is dark, and the daytime is the same as the night. It feels depressing to stay there. The quality of the bedding is a bit bad, the mattress is soft and moves. The quilt is very narrow, and the quilt cover is not of good quality. And the temperature is hot at night, and it's not easy to sleep. But the hotel breakfast is rich and delicious, and there is also a vegetarian area. The service is also thoughtful. The most memorable thing is that the front desk staff is very friendly and willing to help. Overall, it is still a very cost-effective hotel.
