Room is nice and clean. Carpark is not free, charges £6. Breakfast is ok, has eggs, milk, bread, yoghurt, fruits, etc.

Basically my room was not up to standard, to didn’t work, poor pressure on the shower, dirty carpet and an uncomfortable bed.
I have complained to the duty manager and she apologised and was happy to refund all costs to you as I didn’t book directly with the hotel.
Could you confirm you will return my funds once the hotel has reimbursed your company?

Wonderful one evening stay in the holiday inn Stoke. Greeted beautifully by Laura on reception, always smiling and helpful. Cannot praise the team enough each and everytime we stay! Room is excellent and heater provided within minutes upon request. Thanks again all, we will see you very soon ☺️

Check-in was long as people were paying for the car park. They gave us a room for 2 bit there was 3 of us. Told reception, and after 30 minutes, we were told to move rooms. Sleep was okay. AC/ heater didn't work, beds were okay bit hard. The shower had low water pressure, making showers a long time. The breakfast was awful, too many people not enough tables. Greasy, stale bread, pancake machine didn't work. Kept running out of everything.

Very friendly staff. Very efficient. Good value for money and breakfast was well cooked and prepared with the staff being attentive and helpful.
