After driving half a day, we just wanted to check in and rest. The welcome packet was a hard sell for marketing their new "membership." We barely got away from the old gal to get to our room. It was an unpleasant "welcome."
The room, advertised as facing the lake, actually faced another complex. The lake view was a sliver between complexes.
There was no shampoo, lotion, coffee filters or coffee, though there was a coffee pot. There was no maid service. We each got a wash cloth and towel which were never replaced for our entire stay. Bed spreads had stains. There was a sign warning us not to leave dirty dishes, but no dish soap, cloths or towels.
We won't go back. There are lots of nicer, friendlier and less expensive places to stay in Branson.
