The place was amazing. The employees were awesome, very friendly and courteous. The only thing I didn’t like was check in time was at 4 o’clock, but it was conveniently located for Stone Mountain and we got an Van service from the Hotel to take us to the laser light show which saved us a lot of time in travel And Eddie was our driver and he was amazing

The fees! Paid $20 for parking at gate then charged $70 in fees which included parking. $29 for breaksfast which would have been ok but it was buffet and horrible. The staff was nice. Elevator were not working properly and covers werent on the controls. The room was nice but 5 hangers for guests and no drawers to for clothes. Bathtub was not updated and needed to be cleaned. Dogs barked all night. Inside pool hadnt been cleaned and hot tub closed.

We ate at the bar and grill and waited over 45 minutes for our food and was never offered a drink refill. The server took our order dropped our food and didn’t see him until he brought our check

The surroundings are beautiful, all the nature and trails are great. The hotel itself is not all the best. Staff is ok, not very welcoming but they tried to be friendly. The rooms are outdated and seems like they needed to be dusted. There were dead bugs in the bathroom.

The indoor pool was not available, and the lift to stone mountain was not operating. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay

They didn’t have my reservation in the system that I booked in September. I had to stay at another hotel. The restaurant service was slow and the bathrooms kept flooding.
