Location great, breakfast ok eggs and bread, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. Bathroom needed a good scrub/update and fixtures rusty. Water pressure very low on shower and hot tap on sink didn't work.

The location of the hotel is good, everything in stone town is a walk away. The only issue with hotel is a lot of the available amenities listed online aren’t really available or enough. For e.g. parking was listed as available but it wasn’t really available. And the receptionist didn’t know anything, just useless.

The guest house name from the website ( mkunazini ) is not known by the locals as they use a different name called Flamingo guest house, their telephone number was never reachable. However the receptionist was very nice and friendly she even tied to explain about the telephone issue. The room was nearly arranged and clean.
