Great location in Stonetown. The hotel room was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was great. Areas for improvement is the average service at the hotel. Room AC wasn’t cooling the room well and front desk said they didn’t have any alternative rooms that night. Plumbing issue was not addressed promptly when brought up with the front desk. All day dining room service ends early 10pm and there are no places to buy any food if you wake up with a case of the munchies

Great hotel and great service

The hotel has a great location right in Stone City, and it's considered one of the cleaner and more modern hotels in the city. There's a rooftop restaurant, but it's quite expensive.

In the core location of Stone City, there is a highly rated restaurant on the rooftop. It takes only five minutes to walk to the night market. The free shortbread for check-in is very fragrant and delicious. The room is clean and comfortable. I will stay here again next time I go to Stone City

The hotel facilities are very old, especially the ventilation system in the bathroom. When I was in the bathroom, there was a sudden explosion, which caught me off guard. The room basically has no view because the distance to the next building is very close, so all you can see is the wall. Secondly, the price of the hotel's breakfast is very unreasonable, 15 US dollars per person, the buffet has very few choices, and the taste is average.

This hotel is really bad. When we first checked in, a foreign friend was arguing with the front desk and wanted to check out. We were surprised at what happened. As a result, something very angry happened after we checked in. We booked It was a larger room with a sofa, but I was given a very small door. We went to the front desk, and the person at the front desk argued that it was just a sample picture, and it couldn't be the same as the picture. Later, I showed her Ctrip's room types, and they gave her the cheaper ones. The one we stayed in was actually a bit more expensive than the one we booked, so he reluctantly changed the room for us, and kept his disdainful attitude. This hotel really didn't meet the price, it was very dirty, and I really don't recommend it. There are even more irritating things. I really don’t want to go into details. Looking out, there are simple and low houses around, and you can't see the sea. It doesn't have the effect in the hotel's promotional photos. To be honest, I just booked it after seeing the beautiful scenery of the restaurant in the hotel's promotional photos.
