Zanzi House

I ended up not staying at Zanzi House. The place was absolutely disgusting. Poorly maintained and had an odor. The linen in the room had stains on it. There was a bathroom sink and toilet meters away from my door. Dirt was everywhere and garbage just randomly thrown on the property. The room was not as pictured online. I had to leave immediately I checked in. I could not even do a night there. I had the constant urge to throw up for the 1 hr that I was there.

We had a perfect stay, was ok clean with good breakfast. I found their dollar rates ridiculous since i wanted to pay city tax in tsh and not in dollars😒 i felt robbed.

What truly stood out was the attention to detail—every little aspect was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a memorable experience. Zanzi Hotel’s location is also perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend Zanzi Hotel for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay!

Dirty and wet walls. Not so nice

A boutique hotel with a unique charm - it is tastefully decorated with its own character. I love my stay here, a pity that I only stayed for a night. Thank you for the hospitality!

ok to stay with this budget accomodation.

Check in was a little confusing as they insisted that I had not paid yet when I paid online already. The room in the picture was not the one I received. They said it was already full. The rooms were also quite dirty.
