We have had an amazing stay here at this hotel. The place is so nice, the breakfast is tasty, and the staff is lovely people. We really enjoyed the rooftop and, the cosy and relaxing atmosphere here. It was very nice to stay here for some days: close to the city, the WiFi is good and the employees took really good care of us. This is a trip that we will never forget. Thank you so much!.

A friendly hotel with reliable staff who take care of their clients in every way. Not a lucury place, but it's clean and functional. Well placed in a reasonably quiet area. We have been here before, we will come again. That just about says it all doesn't it?

I stayed here one night after landing in stone town.
Perfect spot to nap on and off to get through the jet lag and be right in the heart of stone town. Extremely walkable to sites. The rooms are spacious, excellent shower and super comfy bed. Very clean and was just what I was looking for.
Please note that it was a bit difficult to find. The taxi just dropped me off on the main road because cars can’t access the small streets. Once you know where it is, it’s super simple to return to

Good place for chilling around the stone town easy to have our own tour, stone town is very nice city with dedicated and hard working people This place is very hundred percent if you book has wonderful service with comfy rooms made us feel like we are home We will back again

De nieuwe Princess Salme Inn is een kleinschalige accommodatie in het midden van Stone Town met heel ruime kamers en badkamers. Uitstekende verhouding prijs-kwaliteit. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig: kingsize comfortabel bed, goed werkende Wi-Fi en airco, heerlijke warme douche, schone witte handdoeken. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (in het bijzonder Tunu en Martina). Fantastisch à la carte ontbijt met heerlijke echte koffie en alles wat je maar wilt, van 6 verschillende soorten fruit over chapati en pannenkoeken tot en met eiergerechten naar keuze, alles à la minute bereid. Vraag uitdrukkelijk naar een kamer op de hoogste verdieping, want op het gelijkvloers zal je weinig slapen vanwege de ontbrekende geluidsisolatie, het drukke motorverkeer en de nabijheid van deurbel, receptie en ontbijtzaal.
