We booked a family room (size 30 qm2). The Hotel gave us a triple room (size 20 qm2) and insisted the triple room is the family room. We requested to change the room, the manager refused and offered us three breakfast for free, actually we paid the breakfast already. That was a chaos!! The manager offered us upgrade by next visit, but we will never book the hotel again, the most terrible experience ever. We request the difference between the triple room (20qm2) and the family room (30qm2) for two nights refunded. Many thanks!

This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, and super clean place to stay. It’s close to major attractions and easy to walk everywhere. Room service is better than expected, and I loved that they use Nuxe products. There are also shops nearby, which is very convenient.
