Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Île

I stayed for two nights on a solo trip. The hotel is ideally located right next to Place Kléber, and the area was very quiet. However, it's a bit of a walk to the train station, Petite France, and the Cathedral. The room was clean, but the desk is positioned right by the door, making it difficult to enter or exit if the chair is even slightly pulled out. What's more, the chair was quite heavy, making it a hassle to reposition. I also noticed the absence of tissues and a mirror at the desk, which led to some minor inconveniences. Breakfast was available on the terrace, but the selection wasn't as good as what you'd find at a typical four-star city hotel. I particularly wished for a more substantial salad offering.

Good hotel, room a bit noisy! Nice garden to stay

The location is very good and convenient. The food in the hotel restaurant is also good. The bed is very comfortable, thumbs up! The hotel equipment is relatively old!

The service attitude of a manager at the front desk was extremely poor!

Ordinary business hotel, there are several steps to get out of the elevator on the second floor, it is not convenient to get on and off the luggage, overnight parking is quite expensive, the restaurant downstairs is not bad, the local wine is worth trying
