Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Hilton Strasbourg. I had booked a Deluxe Room, but the room I was first given had a very unpleasant smell. After informing the reception, I was moved to another room; however, this room is much smaller, does not correspond to the Deluxe category, and unfortunately was also in poor condition.
There were hairs on the towels and in the bathroom, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor. This is far below the standard I expected, especially considering that I paid for a Deluxe Room.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I would appreciate either being placed in a proper Deluxe Room in acceptable condition or being provided with appropriate compensation.
