Hotel Victoria was easy to locate, smooth check-in even though I arrived late. Staff are very accommodating and truly nice. The room was super clean.

Nice little hotel. Is generally clean and not sketchy, but they could’ve taken more care about the mold in the bathroom, which was a little disappointing. Enough to spend the night but would necessarily do again. Average Hotel at average price.

Very good lacation to visit Strausbourg. Easy to walk to station also.

It's about a 3-minute walk from Strasbourg Station. I stayed in a twin room. The bed was small, but there was plenty of space to spread out two suitcases, one large and one medium. You have to leave your key each time you go out. The reception is open 24 hours a day. I was able to store my suitcases after check-out, which was free until 12:00, and 5 euros for two suitcases after that. I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Strasbourg.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, but the chairs were hard.

The staff were friendly, but the toilet in the room was unsanitary. It smelled of ammonia and hadn't been cleaned with a brush. The toilet bowl was also cracked, and it had only been glued back together, but the crack threatened to cut my skin every time I sat down, which was a painful experience. Apparently they hadn't even removed someone's hair that had gotten stuck in the crack. It was awful. It would have made a good photo, but it would have been quite unpleasant, so I'll refrain from doing so. The location is convenient for shopping and you can walk to anywhere. I didn't use the tram this time.

A bit small. Came here for Christmas. The price is 2.5 times higher than usual. No kettle. You have to go to the first floor to get hot water. You can come here in the off-season. But it is very close to the train station. You don't have to store your luggage there. This is great. The location is a big plus.

I really liked the hotel. The room was perfectly clean, the beds were comfortable, everything you need was there. Polite staff. Great location: two steps from the train station and walking distance from the city center, there are supermarkets, cafes, etc. nearby. We were able to check in a few hours earlier than expected, and after check-out they allowed us to leave our things in the storage room. I recommend the place!
