作為距離柏林郊區30公里的掛牌4星，除了德國酒店都沒有的牙膏牙刷拖鞋飲用水外，也沒有燒水壺。沒看到其他亞洲面孔😂
西式早餐，不是特別豐富還算可以。停車方便。
大床房面積好可以。
周圍環境很好，空氣好，有個湖，轉一圈得兩小時。步行半小時的地方吃得很多，步行一小時有麥當勞🍔哈哈哈

Everyone has a different taste, but this hotel didn't match mine. It seems that all the building were separate buildings in the past, and now they are somehow connected to each other. The rooms are not luxurious or have a typical antik style. I've no idea what style it's exactly. The wellness area is fine. Again lots of ups and down along stairs and different rooms, but it's fine. The breakfast was good as well. Probably, everything looks different when you visit the place in the summer time.

Ausnahmslos tadellos,ein schönes Zimmer, geschmackvolles Ambiente, Restaurant mit hervorragender Speisekarte, vielfältiges Frühstück und ein Wellnessbereich zum Erholen. Dazu zwei wunderbare Behandlungen, lieben Dank Daniela. Es war eine wunderbare Auszeit.

Wir haben uns für die Hochzeit im Lakeside Burghotel entschieden und sind sehr mit dem Service, der Umsetzung, der Betreuung vor und während der Hochzeit zufrieden. Das Lakeside Burghotel arbeitet mit professionellen Gewerben zusammen, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Zudem wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Wir haben eine fantastische Hochzeit und einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Lakeside erlebt. Wir sind zu 100% zufrieden. Der Service war fantastisch, die Organisation hat super geklappt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Das Eventteam setzt alle Wünsche perfekt um und wir haben somit den schönsten Tag in unserem Leben genau am richtigen Ort verbracht. Wir danken dem gesamten Team des Lakeside Burghotel Anne und Normen Hochzeit am 15.03.2025

Das Hotel war ruhig und sehr schön gelegen (Wald- und Wassernähe) und hatte mit seiner rustikalen Gestaltung einen besonderen Charme. Hervorzuheben sind auch eine ausreichende Anzahl von kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Negativ war zur Anreise, dass im Zimmer und im Bad die Heizkörper nicht funktionierten, der Seifenbehälter leer und der Mülleimer nicht entleert war. Der Saunabereich war unserer Meinung nach nicht gut ausgeschildert und für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein. Während unseres Urlaubs war nur die finnische Sauna wirklich nutzbar. Der Ruheraum wurde als Durchgang zum Pool und den Saunen genutzt und war demzufolge viel zu laut und zu klein zum Entspannen. Am Samstagabend wollten wir das hoteleigene Restaurant besuchen, mussten das aber nach 45 Minuten verlassen, da wir immer noch auf die Getränke warten mussten. Das Personal wirkte extrem überfordert und gestresst. Schade, denn das Essen im Restaurant hatte einen gute Bewertung. Aus diesen Erfahrungen heraus ist für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht akzeptabel.

Ein tolles Anwesen,sehr flinkes und nettes Personal,egal ob früh um 7 Uhr oder Abend um 22 Uhr.Der Spa Bereich ist toll und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Essen war lecker und extra Wünsche wurde sofort umgesetzt. Es waren tolle Entspannte zwei Tage. Wir kommen in April wieder.

Wir hatten das Arrangement "Weihnachten am Kamin" gebucht. Das Hotel war phantastisch weihnachtlich dekoriert. Nicht nur die Lobby hatte einen wunderschönen Weihnachtsbaum, sondern auch jeder einzelne Tisch war zum Weihnachtsmenü und auch zum Weihnachtsbrunch mit viel Liebe festlich geschmückt. Das Essen war an allen Tagen sehr lecker. Aber was unseren Aufenthalt so ganz besonders gemacht hat, das war die Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit und die gegenseitige Unterstützung und Anerkennung aller Mitarbeiter (vom Chef der persönlich im Service ausgeholfen hat, bis zur Reinigungskraft, die unser Zimmer so liebevoll hergerichtet hat.) Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

der gesamte Aufenthalt ist ein exklusives Erlebnis ! Die Herzlichkeit, das Ambiente,die Zimmer, der Wellnessbreich, die Gastronomie- es stimmt einfach alles. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Die Gastronomie ist ein echtes Highlight, ach eigentlich alles.
