A beautiful hotel with a fantastic location. The service, staff and breakfast were perfect. We had booked a room with a terrace. Unfortunately, the terrace is a shared terrace, so all guests sit in front of the window.

Dined here today we had Sunday lunch The food quality the presentation and taste was absolutely first class as were the staff We would not hesitate in eating here again a beautiful location in Dorset we even had a steam train passing by as we left !

We had a single nights stay with dinner included. Good comfortable room with a good view of castle, very good dinner and breakfast. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Will stay again when down in Purbeck although probably out of season.

Thank you for a lovely dining experience. Myself my wife and my son had the pleasure of eating here on Mothers day 2025. The food was superb and the staff were brilliant. We could not have asked better. Many times we have driven past here without giving a thought, but we were glad we decided to try you and will dine with you now on many more occasions. Thank you.

We only had one night here sadly, but hope to return. Everything was perfect. Our room had everything we could wish for - incredibly comfortable bed, and a spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped bathroom with lovely fluffy towels! Our evening meal was one of the best we have had for a long time and the breakfast was delicious too. The friendliness of all the staff only added to the experience - thank you.

We have just returned from an overnight stay at Mortons Manor, a birthday treat with my husband and friends. Having worked in the hotel business most of my life I can always find at least one thing that could be improved. Not on this occasion. Everything was perfect. Helpful and well trained staff, wonderful food, tasteful decor and great value. We enjoyed every moment. Exceptional. Thank You. Carol Brand

What a lovely hotel. Great good. The hot savoury after noon tea/scones were unreal. Great service (hospitality from Rosie was excellent) and great decor/cosy fire. Will be back for sure, didn't want to leave the cosy lounge room with the log fire!

What a lovely hotel! Beautiful decor, very cosy feel & really friendly & professional team. We went there for afternoon tea (a gift), it was excellent, had one savoury & one sweet between us, would definitely recommend, it was a special afternoon.
