We stayed three nights in Villa la Ginestra while on a first visit to the area to plan a family reunion. Our stay was delightful in every way and Federico, whose family house this is, is a generous, helpful and kind host. He is also a wonderful cook and deeply knowledgeable about the region. All of his recommendations for activities, food and wine were excellent and practical. Federico is someone who is determined to do things well while always focussing on his guests' comfort. The rooms, house and garden are all very clean and comfortable, and all was quiet. Everything was exactly as advertised. If he is available to do so, Federico will prepare a lovely dinner. Advance notice is required, as he prepares everything fresh. The location is convenient for exploring a beautiful region.

Se volete un atmosfera tranquilla, rilassante, in un posto incantevole(con piscina tra l'altro) vicino ad Arezzo ecco la ginestra è tutto questo :sarà il posto del vostro ❤️, il proprietario è il top 🔝 per ospitalità, gentilezza, accoglie il cliente come pochi sanno fare:è pronto a soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta...colazioni preparate da lui squisite, caffè offerto, e portato gentilmente anche a metà Mattinata. Lo consiglio vivamente... Spero di ritornare presto...😍😍

Dopo un tramonto estremamente suggestivo sulla strada della Libbia, arriviamo a tarda serata a Villa La Ginestra, una villetta immersa nel verde. Troviamo ad accoglierci Federico, che con cordialità e gentilezza ci fa accomodare in una comodissima stanza della bellissima dimora che gestisce. Gli arredi sono stimolanti e mai banali (spicca una selezione di libri in diversi ambienti, sempre ben graditi). La pulizia è ottima, il relax garantito. Il piatto forte del soggiorno è stata la colazione preparata da Federico stesso, una selezione di dolci di elevatissima fattura (ottima la crostata) servita nel giardino vicino alla bella piscina di cui non abbiamo usufruito per mancanza di tempo. Se avete bisogno di indicazioni su cosa vedere nei dintorni, Federico vi potrà indirizzare verso le bellezze nascoste del Casentino. Tante parole in questa recensione , per dirvi semplicemente: consigliatissimo!

Villa La Ginestra è un gioiello nel cuore della Toscana, che incanta per la sua bellezza senza tempo. Gli interni combinano fascino storico e comfort moderno, con arredi di gusto e dettagli originali. L'esterno vanta un rigoglioso e curatissimo giardino e una splendida piscina. L'ospitalità del proprietario è eccezionale, rendendo il soggiorno indimenticabile. Soggiornare qui è ideale per chi cerca un rifugio di charme.Io, mio marito e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa solamente per una notte ma ciò è bastato a farmi desiderare ardentemente di ritornarci per un soggiorno più lungo.

Bellissima struttura a due passi dalla splendida Arezzo. Impagabile la stufa a legna davanti alla quale abbiamo passato rilassandoci tutte le tre serate. Federico il proprietario persona dalla cultura sopraffina con il quale è stato bello parlare di arte e cultura, qualità che contraddistinguono la meravigliosa Arezzo

Wat een fantastisch huis en een waanzinnig mooie tuin waar we van mochten genieten! Federico is een perfecte gastheer en is altijd bereid om te adviseren en te Helen bij vragen. We hebben genoten van het zwembad, de mooie verzorgde kamers en de zeer goed toegeruste keuken. Volgend jaar komen we zeker terug. Het was een geweldige week door deze prachtige locatie, de rust en de parkachtige tuin. Je voelt dat dit met veel liefde wordt onderhouden en gedeeld.
