Recommended to go for lunch, and it didn’t disappoint. Great prices and very yum food, also great views into 25 de mayo Plaza. Special shout out to Patricia who was so kind and friendly, she really made our experience special and memorable. Thanks!

Une catastrophe pour le calme. Si vous voulez du calme fuyez ! Hôtel qui vieillit mal. Hôtel qui avait son charme il y a certainement de nombreuses années. Des que 2 personnes parlent au rez-de-chaussée de chausse près de la petite piscine ou dans le hall, tous les sons sont amplifiés par les verrières. On se croirait dans un hall de gare. La faute à l architecture et aux clients qui parlent fort à n importe qu'elle heure. Même dans la chambre 203 notamment à l étage on entend tout ce qui passe. Il manque une paroi de douche . Bref dommage car belle architecture et lits confortables mais une catastrophe si vous voulez du calme

Saleté, vétusté, bruit, installation électrique déplorable dans la salle de bain. Dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles le personnel à l'accueil ne parle presque pas anglais ! Utilisation d'un traducteur sur leur portable. Les seuls points positifs qui justifient mes deux étoiles : Le personnel semble subir les problèmes évoqués et en sont même gênés. Leur gentillesse et "réactivité" est à souligner. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

Tout ce qu'il ne faut pas faire dans un hôtel est rassemblé ici : des chambres qui datent de mathusalem, pas du tout d'insonorisation, pas de chauffage, un service de petit déjeuner déplorable, un ménage pas ou mal fait, une piscine chauffée qui ne l'est pas, des salles de bains qui méritent largement une réfection, bref l'horreur. Seul point positif, l'emplacement extraordinaire mais c'est bien le seul et unique...

Hotel colonial pero muy colonial, con piezas grandes y antiguas con olor a naftalina, el desayuno precario y no cuenta con una buena conexión a internet. La ubicación es buenísima enfrente de la plaza principal de la ciudad de sucre. Ambientado en el tipo colonial de la época como todo su casco histórico.

Es un gran hotel y no es poco decirlo. La mayoría de los hoteles en Sucre están de 500 a 550 y más también, este hotel cuesta 450 bolivianos y tiene una piscina atemperada, un rico desayuno, una ubicación inmejorable frente a la plaza, buen servicio al cliente, cerca de todo, no se puede pedir más. Gracias por la mejor estadía
