"First off, the location is excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway, with direct lines to South Station, Harvard, and MIT. The Star Market supermarket, just an 8-minute walk away, is huge and has delicious fruit. You can even buy fresh lobsters there – two large ones for just over $20 – and they'll steam them for you to take home. Behind the hotel, there's a beach, perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying a relaxing sea breeze.
Secondly, the service is also excellent. It offers a warm, personal touch, quite like hotels back home. They provide complimentary airport pickup, fresh chocolate chip cookies are provided daily, and refreshing lemonade is always available. Housekeeping is also daily; compared to the last hotel I stayed at near Niagara Falls, where they only cleaned every three days, the service here is far superior!
While it's a little far from downtown, a taxi ride is only around $10-$15, so I still feel it offers good value for money."
"This was my second time staying at The Revolution Hotel, and I absolutely love it. The location is excellent, the place is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They have a great restaurant, a cozy café, and a really fun bar with dancing—it’s such a great vibe overall.
Even though the bathrooms are outside the room, they’re individual and completely private. They also provide robes, and the cleanliness is top-notch—the cleaning crew is always on it.
And the best part? They’re dog-friendly!
Highly recommend it.
Best - Mr. Machado"
"We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"The room was clean and the overall cleanliness was very up-to-date. It is very close to the Green Line of the subway and convenient to various attractions. It's just inconvenient to use the iPad to operate the room, especially the TV and air conditioner. I would rather use the remote control directly. Although the room felt a bit small, it was probably reasonable considering the room rates in Boston."
"The hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future."
"Room had a great view of the river! The hotel's gym and pool were very nice. However, the lobby is still under construction. It was very convenient to be able to walk to the mall from within the hotel."
"The location is very good, with Boston Park right outside the door. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Boston Library, Freedom Trail, Trinity Church, and Riverside Park, and about 30 minutes to walk to Boston Museum of Fine Arts. The room is very clean and the waiter is very enthusiastic. The disadvantage is that the room is not soundproof."
"The hotel's location is excellent! It's very close to Amtrak's Boston South Station, a walkable 16-minute distance if you don't have much luggage. The hotel is situated right next to and across from a large hospital. The subway station is just 50 meters to your left when you exit the hotel. Just a bit further past that is Chinatown, and Boston Common is about a ten-minute walk away.
Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel is remarkably quiet at night, which is a rare find.
There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, and when I asked the front desk, they couldn't provide any. Disposable toiletries were also missing. The 'breakfast included' option turned out to be an $18 breakfast credit. If you choose just one breakfast item and one coffee, with taxes, you've already exceeded the credit. The allowance wasn't quite enough, but the food itself tasted good."
"The room is very nice and the location is very convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel can also receive express delivery and there is a public laundry area, but you have to pay with coins to operate it."

11866473****The room is quite spacious, and the key feature is the self-contained kitchen, complete with a microwave, sink, dishes, and a dishwasher, perfect for families who want to do some light cooking. The location is not far from the Red Line subway, which offers direct access to Harvard. Next door is a Holiday Inn, making it convenient for families traveling by car.
에에이미맘The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate.
I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea.
They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets.
They just re-set them.
So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲
I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^

GGuest UserExcellent location with the good transportation system in Boston to reach the entire city including the airport. Stop 3 min.
Good, varied breakfast.
Good facilities with gym and heated pool, long hours.
Fatal services: they do not clean or make the room during the first 3 nights of your stay and you have to request in advance that they do it for the 4th and/or successive nights.
Well equipped and comfortable rooms.
Excessive price even though it is USA.
Reception staff... not bland, the following... and in a city where the Spanish language predominates, they don't speak it. The bar and room staff almost all speak English and Spanish, in addition to their kindness... Perhaps they should exchange salaries and functions from one another and the hotel would improve remarkably.
GGuest UserLocated right in seaport, newish neighborhood walking distance from lots of major points in the city, harbor, north end, etc. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and modern, fun lights to control the colors. I booked a corner queen so it was a tad bigger but as expected these are micro hotel rooms so much smaller than average, no fridge or microwave in room. The bed for sure did not feel like a queen size however. They definitely need some type of shelving in the showers if you use your own toiletries, absolutely nowhere to place them. Also the shower door leaks terribly, although the floor to the bathroom area is completely water proof, it still made a mess. The bathroom and bed areas are just separated by a curtain, and the wall to the shower and toilet is just a clear glass panel.
LLnlyj1018It is a 5-minute walk from the Red Line subway Andrew station, with convenient transportation, very clean and comfortable, providing drinks and fruits, and the boss is a foreigner and very friendly. It’s will be my first choice next time.
ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe room was average, not bad but no surprises; the flight arrived at 10pm, so I had to call the hotel after picking up my luggage at the airport to arrange for the hotel shuttle to pick me up, but the shuttle came quite quickly. It was late at night when I arrived at the hotel, and the check-in staff at the front desk were doing other irrelevant things slowly, not considering the guests' eagerness to check in and rest, and made me wait for ten minutes before going through the formalities. The airport free shuttle driver was ok, helped with the luggage, and of course I gave him a tip. There were not many options for the buffet breakfast, which was incomparable to some high-end hotels in Asia. It seems that most bathrooms in American hotels have bathtubs + shower curtains, and shower rooms are rarely seen. The main reason is that the hotel is really not cheap, maybe because it is the peak season. At this price, you can stay in Shangri-La in major cities in China.
GGuest UserI booked the Kimpton Nine Zero hotel and apparently it was bought out about 10 days ago with no notice from Trip.com; but the staff are apparently the same during the transition so it was a bit insane that I pre-paid this stay on Ctrip and was immediately charged the full amount AGAIN of my stay at pre-check-in (not even room ready yet check-in) then charged the ENTIRE STAY again at 6pm on day of check-out even though I checked out at 7am that day and was reassured yet again all my charges would ”fall off” and I would NOT be charged again. So this stay ended up costing me $1500 frozen in my account at one point for a $425 stay that was prepaid. The front office could definitely use some improvements as most people don't have an extra $1000 lying around to have frozen for no reason :(

GGuest UserThe hotel is right outside the subway station, so it is easily accessible and especially convenient to both the airport and downtown. There is a beautiful beach in front of the hotel. The price is reasonable and includes free breakfast and a small swimming pool. I think I will stay again next time I come to Boston.
XXIAOQIUThe location is particularly good and easy to travel. Hot chocolate is super delicious. The price is also moderate. Breakfast is a bit simple. can choose!
